About The Position
As an Optometric Tech at Epic Vision, you will play a crucial role in coordinating scheduling and patient care needs with the doctor. You will be responsible for answering a multi-line phone system, updating insurance information, and obtaining necessary insurance authorizations. Additionally, you will lead patients through and assist in the eye exam pretesting, perform patient prescreening analysis, and assist with eyeglass sales. It is essential to conform to all HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality while performing other duties as assigned.
