About The Position

Optometrist Opportunity | 4-Day Workweek | Up to $200K Washington State | Medical & Surgical Co-Management Northwest Eye Surgeons is a well-established, multi-location ophthalmology group delivering advanced medical and surgical eye care across the Pacific Northwest. We’re known for clinical excellence, fellowship-trained surgeons, and a collaborative MD/OD culture. We’re seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our Washington team in a high-level medical optometry and surgical co-management role. The Role You’ll provide comprehensive medical eye care with an emphasis on cataract and glaucoma co-management, working closely with ophthalmologists from diagnosis through post-op care. This is an ideal position for optometrists who enjoy complex care in a team-based environment. Requirements

  • OD degree from an accredited program
  • Washington license (or ability to obtain)
  • Interest or experience in medical optometry and co-management
  • Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset
  • Team-oriented and clinically driven
