We are currently seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our collaborative MD/OD team in Washington State. You’ll work closely with ophthalmologists to provide high-quality, patient-centered care from diagnosis through post-operative management.
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
- Active Washington State license (or ability to obtain)
- Interest or experience in cataract and glaucoma co-management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-first mindset and commitment to clinical excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical eye exams and advanced diagnostics
- Provide pre- and post-operative care for cataract and glaucoma patients
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and long-term eye health
- Co-manage care with ophthalmologists in a team-based model
- Maintain strong relationships with referring providers
- Complete, accurate, timely EMR documentation
- Participate in CE and training opportunities
