Requirements
- A detail-oriented professional with relevant eye care experience (certification not required).
- Someone who brings a positive attitude and great energy to the team.
- Committed to providing exceptional client care and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic.
- Maintains perfect attendance and punctuality.
- Has reliable transportation to and from the clinic.
- Demonstrates eagerness to learn and grow in their field.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a professional, friendly manner
- Obtain and document patient histories and preliminary testing
- Perform visual acuity testing, tonometry, and other pre-exam procedures
- Operate and maintain optometric equipment
- Assist optometrists during examinations and with procedures as needed
- Manage patient flow and assist with administrative duties as required
- Maintain sterile and organized workspaces
- Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations
