About The Position

Position Type: Part-Time, Temporary (Potential for Permanent) Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: Competitive hourly wage between $22 and $28, based on experience Opportunity for the position to become permanent, depending on staffing needs

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional, friendly manner
• Obtain and document patient histories and preliminary testing
• Perform visual acuity testing, tonometry, and other pre-exam procedures
• Operate and maintain optometric equipment
• Assist optometrists during examinations and with procedures as needed
• Manage patient flow and assist with administrative duties as required
• Maintain sterile and organized workspaces
• Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations
