From conducting pre-diagnostic testing to assisting doctors during exams, you’ll be at the heart of our patient care process. Requirements

• Is available to work 5 shifts per week, including Saturdays (with Sundays and one weekday off).

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients as they begin their eye care journey.
• Collect and document medical histories, medications, and chief complaints.
• Perform pre-diagnostic vision testing and record results in electronic health records.
• Support doctors during patient exams, record exam findings in electronic health records, and assist with follow-up documentation (e.g., diabetic reports, consults).
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and caring attitude.
