About The Position
The Visionworks Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant plays a crucial role in the patient experience at Visionworks. This position is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives the best possible care during their eye exam journey. The CS is responsible for preliminary testing, maintaining patient records, and facilitating communication between the patient and the optometrist, as well as assisting in the transition to the sales floor for product recommendations.
