About The Position
The Options P&S and Settlements Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate settlement of securities transactions through the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) Encore system. This role requires a deep understanding of OCC settlement processes, regulations, and industry best practices to meet financial, service, risk, and operational performance targets. The manager will engage with both internal trading desks and external trading counterparties to align with broader company goals and initiatives, while leading the team to achieve optimum operating performance.
