As an Optimizely Developer in the DigOps Development practice, you’ll contribute to the design and implementation of Optimizely-based solutions across Content Cloud (CMS), Commerce, and the surrounding ecosystem. This role is hands-on—focused on building high-quality components, integrations, and user experiences—while also developing your consulting, architectural, and leadership capabilities. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, architects, designers, QA, PM/DMs, and offshore team members to deliver modern digital experiences for our clients. You’ll own your tasks end-to-end, elevate quality through solid engineering practices, and begin to take on responsibilities that prepare you for a future lead or architect path.
