Your Impact: Pearce is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, Optimization (Wind) who has deep knowledge and experience in the Renewables industry to join our team. This position will sit in the Innovation and Optimization team. You will play a key role in identifying improvement initiatives, implementing best practices, improving operational workflow, and planning, executing, and delivering successful projects. The perfect candidate will possess an expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

  • Project Strategy and Implementation: Identify improvement initiatives that will have an impact on reducing costs or growing top line revenue, with an emphasis on building on our GIS platform
  • Define the business case by working with key stakeholders, understanding the growth strategy, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop a clear roadmap for execution, including detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Assess program performance and trends, benchmark, and deliver senior leadership presentations that tell the story of impacts and actions in support of organizational objectives
  • Research findings and trends, secure client stakeholder buy-in, and work with the appropriate client stakeholder teams to implement changes
  • Build strategic relationships that will assist in identifying high impact initiatives
  • Project Execution: Lead and oversee project teams, provide guidance ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), project interdependencies, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and maintain positive relationships and open communication channels.
  • Risk Management and Change Planning: Plan for change and risks across all projects in the program.
  • Mitigate risks and adapt to evolving circumstances.
  • Maintain program documentation.
  • Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments.
  • Evaluate project success and lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Must have experience - Renewable Energy
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, GIS, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience using ESRI products and/or knowledge of software development best practices.
  • Proven experience as a program manager handling multiple $1M+ projects.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • MBA preferred.
