About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Optician to join our team. As an Optician, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and fitting eyewear, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as an Optician preferred
• Strong knowledge of eyewear products and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyewear based on their prescription and personal style
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
• Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer orders and prescriptions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
