Requirements

Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) or equivalent extensive optical experience
Skilled in all facets of optical dispensing, including lens selection, frame styling, and troubleshooting
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong professional communication skills
Polished, business-professional presentation
Adaptable and willing to travel between offices as business needs require

Nice To Haves

Previous lab experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding optical care and service to a high-end patient base
Assist patients in selecting the perfect eyewear to match their style and vision needs
Perform fittings, adjustments, repairs, and measurements with precision
Collaborate with the in-house lab to ensure quality craftsmanship (lab experience a plus)
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in both appearance and conduct
