About The Position
As an Optician at Vision Associates in Waukesha, WI, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring that patients receive the best eyewear solutions tailored to their needs. This position requires a high level of organization, self-motivation, and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for both selling eyewear products and managing administrative duties. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with patients, understanding their visual needs, and delivering a personalized experience that fosters loyalty to the practice and dispensary. In this role, you will work independently within the Main Optical Waukesha location, supported by the Vision Associates Network. You will be expected to analyze and resolve customer service issues effectively, ensuring that every patient interaction is positive and meets the company's standards. Checking that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer specifications is a key responsibility, as is adhering to the policies and procedures for operating the dispensary. You will also be responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with your District Manager and fostering positive relationships with practice doctors, leadership, and staff.
