Requirements
- Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) or equivalent extensive optical experience
- Skilled in all facets of optical dispensing, including lens selection, frame styling, and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong professional communication skills
- Polished, business-professional presentation
- Adaptable and willing to travel between offices as business needs require
Nice To Haves
- Previous lab experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding optical care and service to a high-end patient base
- Assist patients in selecting the perfect eyewear to match their style and vision needs
- Perform fittings, adjustments, repairs, and measurements with precision
- Collaborate with the in-house lab to ensure quality craftsmanship
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in both appearance and conduct
