Responsibilities
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Verifying insurance benefits and calculating patient responsibility.
- Selecting and ordering eyewear for patients.
- Making small repairs and adjustments for eyeglasses.
- Ensuring that patient experience from start to finish is the best in the business.
- Encouraging and supporting their team by communicating effectively and helping each other reach a common goal.
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation.
