About The Position
The position requires superior knowledge of optics with an emphasis on the fitting and sale of eyewear. Strong customer service skills are essential. The role involves assisting customers in eyeglass selection and prescription analysis, as well as supporting the store manager in various projects such as frames pricing and monthly inventory counts. General office duties include answering the phone, greeting customers, filing, entry into the cash register, and data entry. Some travel to other offices to cover staffing needs may be necessary.
