Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk analyses for next-generation optical module solutions in both IMDD and coherent systems across various application scenarios. Lead the technology and product development for next-generation optical transceivers, including system architecture, simulation, circuit and optics design, process development, testing, and performance optimization. Collaborate closely with key component suppliers, including DSP, PIC, and EIC partners, to ensure alignment on specifications, performance targets, and integration requirements.
