About The Position
The position involves greeting and directing patients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. The role requires investigating and resolving patient inquiries concerning merchandise, service, and billing, either in person or over the phone. The employee will complete and record sales transactions accurately in the HFO Point of Sale (POS) system and work closely with all HFO departments to coordinate patients' services.
