This private optometric practice, established in 2003 and led by two full-time doctors, is growing and seeking to add experienced Optical Sales Associates to this vibrant team! About the Role: The practice typically sees 30+ patients a day, with each doctor supported by a dedicated scribe and a tech team trained to handle the full workup. As an Optician or Optical Sales Associate, you will: Deliver outstanding, personalized patient experiences from handoff to frame selection Support and educate patients on lens options, frame styles, and vision solutions tailored to their needs Utilize technology (Optikam, Lensometer, Edger) to ensure optimal fit and function Manage frame boards, inventory, and lens orders Work collaboratively with the doctor and tech teams to maximize capture rate and uphold the highest standards of quality Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements

  • Licensed or unlicensed opticians, or experienced optical sales associates
  • A driven, service- and sales-oriented individual with an amazing personality
  • Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technology
  • Team player who is positive, motivated, and open to growth
  • Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • Sales training and a passion for helping patients make the best choices for their vision and lifestyle
