Step into a day on our production floor You arrive, review the latest work instructions, and get hands-on calibrating and setting up equipment so every lens and frame moves smoothly through production. Throughout your shift, you watch for quality signals, coach teammates, communicate status to your Supervisor, and keep the area spotless and safe. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced production or operations setting.
  • Clear, concise communication skills.
  • Strong organization and prioritization to consistently meet tight deadlines.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality, including during breaks and lunch.

Responsibilities

  • Follow documented work instructions—and encourage peers to do the same—to keep output consistent and on spec.
  • Calibrate and set up production equipment; flag maintenance needs to your Supervisor right away.
  • Spot and surface quality, process, and workflow issues; escalate reoccurring themes to leadership.
  • Train and mentor new hires; help cross-train teammates to build bench strength.
  • Share status, expectations, and ideas with your Supervisor; join team meetings and focus groups to improve the facility.
  • Model respect and a positive attitude; raise concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support management direction and assist Team Leaders/Supervisors in execution.
  • Keep your work area clean and hazard-free; alert your Supervisor to any safety or health risks.
  • Champion safety procedures and give immediate feedback wherever needed.
  • Uphold all company policies and standards.
