Requirements

Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) or equivalent extensive optical experience
Significant management experience, ideally with several years in an eye care leadership role
Demonstrated professionalism, exceptional communication, and leadership skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, upscale environment
Willingness to travel between locations as required

Nice To Haves

Background in private practice strongly preferred
Experience working in an optical lab is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of a sophisticated optical department, ensuring a five-star patient experience
Lead, train, and motivate a team of optical professionals to achieve the highest standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and lab processes for lenses and frames
Uphold and model a business professional dress code and polished demeanor
Collaborate with doctors and staff to support office goals and foster a culture of excellence
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Provide coverage across multiple office locations as needed
