Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of optical sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading optical sales teams.
  • Flexibility to travel to other offices in the Arlington and Alexandria areas as required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Desire to work in a medical environment and help patients.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in optical sales and management is required.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen understanding of optical products and trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the optical sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure the optimal selection of frames and lenses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
