About The Position

The Lab Technician assists the Lab Manager in the operations of the lab ensuring quality and same day service standards are met. The position involves operating all lab machinery to fabricate quality eyewear that conforms to Company standards and tolerances, performing machine maintenance, and ensuring store cleanliness and waste disposal policies are adhered to at all times. The Lab Technician must maintain awareness of same day service using the 'Ready When Promised' production board and accurately complete all required paperwork/documentation. Building strong, supportive, and constructive relationships with doctors, peers, and company leaders is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

• Previous lab experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn how to operate and maintain lab machinery and equipment.
• Detail oriented. Must be able to accurately transcribe words and numbers.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Achieve and maintain the highest level of customer service.
