About The Position

We are seeking an experienced inspection lab tech to join the growing team at our optical manufacturing facility in Plano, TX. Our experienced inspectors are responsible for ensuring compliance with American National Standard Institute (ANSI) standards and ensuring only quality products are shipped to our customers. The position operates on 1st Shift Hours: Mondays-Fridays, 6:00am - 2:30pm.

Requirements

• No specific education required
• Requires a minimum of six (6) months optical inspection experience
• Must be able to read and write English

Responsibilities

• Inspects lenses optically (ANSI Standards) and for visual imperfections
• Inspects frames for defects
• Checks frames and lenses for cosmetic issues, prism and standards
• Follows lab procedures and meets operational goals and expectations
