About the position

Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the store, setting the tone for their visit.
- Personalize the customer experience in line with company values.
- Conduct pre-screening assessments.
- Perform retinal imaging examinations using OCT and Optomap testing equipment.
- Provide bespoke consultative advice and support regarding frames and accessories.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills.
- Drive to go the extra mile.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or caregiving environment is desirable but not essential.
