Well-established private practice in the Holly Springs area is seeking a full time Optical Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced customer service provider who is team oriented and motivated to provide our patients with the best in value, technology, fashion and service. Duties Support and assist the doctor The Optical Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience. Helps establish Clarity Vision as the premier destination for all vision needs within the community. Creates exceptional value in the lives of customers and patients, assisting in the selection and delivery of perfectly crafted high-quality eyewear that exceeds expectations. Ensures we are providing legendary customer service and that our patients are always happy and satisfied with their experience. Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and assisting the patient's needs Patient education about proper care and handling of eyewear Process all Optical Lab Duties by the end of each day Placing, receiving and tracking glasses orders Taking eye and facial measurements to correctly interpret prescriptions Guiding patients when selecting frames for proper fit and styling Advising patients on any necessary repairs or adjustments Maintaining product displays Greeting patients with a courteous and professional manner and welcome them to our office Answer multi-line phone Schedule patient appointments Pull insurance benefits and authorizations Collect copays Submit vision and medical claims

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Professional appearance
Be detailed oriented
Must have the ability to work efficiently
Must be reliable in attendance

Nice To Haves

EMR experience a plus
Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities
