CNO's Optavise Sales Business Development Intern program is designed to introduce college students to the application of Sales and Business Development skills in insurance. Summer interns will gain valuable experience with expanding current broker relationships, bringing in additional business through sales calls and email communication. This is a paid internship, at competitive rates. As an Optavise Sales Business Development Intern, your responsibilities will include: Working from a company provided script, calling and emailing existing clients to expand business on behalf of top performing sales professionals on the team. Scheduling virtual and onsite meetings with current and prospective clients on behalf of Optavise sales team. Work closely with the Sales and Sales Executive teams building internal relationships and together grow our B2B Optavise business. At CNO Financial, we believe interns bring new perspectives to existing challenges. The CNO Financial Intern Program gives students an opportunity to learn about CNO and network while doing important work for the organization. The CNO 2025 internship program will run May 27th through August 1st, 2025.
