  • Answer phones and operate radio equipment.
  • Explain and interpret natural and cultural resources of the park to visitors.
  • Resolve visitor complaints while maintaining good public relations.
  • Clean facilities, restrooms, grounds, and equipment as needed.
  • Use various hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and basic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to provide good customer service and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in operating point-of-sale systems and cash registers.
  • Experience in plumbing and electrical maintenance.
  • Familiarity with various types of lawn maintenance equipment.
  • Participation in state group insurance (eligibility requirements apply).
