The Ops Cash Support Specialist will have day-to-day responsibilities in the Cash Services function with a focus on departmental balancing and operations support. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate leadership, produce quality deliverables, be able to take direction and work independently, and be able to manage your workload to meet department settlement and project timelines. This role is a critical component to our team’s success. It requires sound judgment, an eye for accuracy, and a strong compliance mindset to ensure adherence to operational standards set forth by the Federal Reserve System. A successful candidate will have the ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and to communicate effectively with Cash management and anticipate their needs.
