About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Maintain thorough procedural knowledge of specific areas of assignment and proficiency with necessary software and business applications.
  • Use multiple systems in conjunction with standard office processes (i.e. ECM, FedLine, USSS, US Mint).
  • Work with Customer Support to resolve inquiries.
  • Initiate and maintain strong customer service relations with armored carriers, financial institutions, third parties, and other FRB departments and offices.
  • Serve as the department's primary records management liaison, ensuring documentation is accurate and orderly.
  • Complete Department Accounting Entries and Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports.
  • Effectively manage and balance all coin activities including mint shipments and coin terminals.
  • Review and Complete the Daily GL Account Balances and Process and Reconcile Daily Orders for the Paying Team.
  • Provide backup support to the Paying Function and complete End of Day Closeout Duties.
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff, supporting department goals and communicating them positively to co-workers.
  • Monitor inventory for AGV and SRM parts in collaboration with Facilities and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Participate and contribute in workgroups and perform other duties as assigned.
