As an Operation Support Coordinator, you are responsible for providing support for complex communications product solutions (data, voice, IP, etc.) for MasTec's customers. Requirements

• Possess 2+ years of experience supporting the operations of a construction department required
• Previous administrative experience in Cable TV strongly preferred
• Proficiency in evaluating job documentation for accuracy
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to prioritize work and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Upload job attachments, design, as-builts, permits and job-related emails into Remedy and P2
• Review issuance package to ensure it includes all relevant and necessary documentation and requirements
• Review close out package to ensure the job meets client specifications for job completion
• Maintain job tracking and communicate any risks or issues affecting the jobs
• Assist in preparing job closing package
• Lead daily huddles to review current pipelines of jobs
• Assist in training and coaching of level 1 and 2 Construction Support Specialists
• Co-conduct client meetings with Coordinators and Supervisors to review job statuses
• Assist with client interfacing and crafting clear communication on job statuses and potential risks to jobs
