About The Position

The OPS Non-Student ITS Event Support Associate helps deliver and support technology used in campus events, classes, and meetings. Typical duties include but are not limited to: delivering, installing, troubleshooting, and operating audio visual systems, streaming platforms, and computers used in classes, meetings, conferences, and other special events. Ensures correct operation of audio-visual equipment, assists users with operational issues, and provides excellent customer service. Learns to use basic software tools to enhance audio and video sources. Assists in processing customer requests and tracking tickets in the work order system. Other duties include performing other job-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
