About The Position
As a CBRE Operations Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Corrigo CMMS system's operational procedures. This position involves a meticulous examination of our Work Order data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing operational processes across various departments to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This includes developing and implementing business performance metrics to measure productivity and pinpoint areas needing enhancement. In this role, you will coordinate with IT departments to implement and improve business systems and software tools, facilitating cross-functional team projects to streamline operations and enhance collaboration between departments. You will prepare detailed reports on business operations and present your findings to senior management, aiding in strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will design and execute operational audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, investigate and resolve operational issues, and provide solutions to prevent recurrence. As a Subject Matter Expert on our CMMS system, you will also research and recommend new technologies or methodologies to improve business operations and maintain a competitive advantage. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering efficient, reliable, and courteous service to our customers.
