Coordinates operations within the service area including performance of the check ride function, direct work activities and lead employees, provide training, coaching and mentoring to new and current employees. Perform associated administrative functions as required or directed, subject to approval of management. Performs other duties as assigned. Ops Lead will be required to perform all duties and expectations by no later than January 30th 2026. Hours will be Monday-Friday 0600-1600 pending operations needs.
