About The Position

The Ops Intern is responsible for supporting the Operations department while learning key concepts of Warehouse and Supply Chain Operations. Our Warehouse and Supply Chain Team: Follows an outlined schedule for training that includes introductions to various departments, experts in the industry, and overviews of TTI procedures. Retains knowledge and skills trained in the classroom and on the job, in turn giving periodic overviews of the training to a select audience. Overviews may consist of written reports and/or group presentation. May involve rotations through multiple departments within Operations or may be focused on one key function within Operations.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; must be pursing Degree from a four-year University in related field of study, preferably in Junior or Senior year of college.
  • Exhibits ability to learn and retain technical knowledge of company products and services.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
  • Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) at an intermediate level required.
  • Familiar with managing large data sets utilizing Business Intelligence applications
  • To perform the position, you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
  • Only candidates authorized to work in the United States will be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Any work experience in a related field within Operations, Supply Chain, or business management is a plus.
