About The Position

This position is responsible for gathering, organizing, and managing data from various sources and ensuring the timely and accurate transfer of the data into a system which displays performance of local health departments monthly. This position is physically located in Tallahassee. The incumbent will work with staff located in Tallahassee and a technical team located in Broward County. This is a PART-TIME Position - estimate approximately 20 hrs per week.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functionality, such as Power Query, PivotTables, and dynamic formulas.
  • Skilled in designing dynamic spreadsheets tailored for data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization.
  • Proficient in using SharePoint and Power Automate for document management and workflow automation.
  • Proficient in creating macros using VBA to automate repetitive tasks, streamline data processing, and enhance user interaction.
  • Knowledge and experience with database management.
  • Proficiency in data cleaning, validation and preprocessing techniques.
  • Knowledge and experience with comma separated value (CSV) files and integrating data from Application Programming Interface (API).
  • Experience with validating and cleaning data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Knowledge and experience using data visualization tools.
  • Experience with data analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Application Programming Interface (API) as well as data visualization tool and data analysis is helpful.
