  • Assist senior data analysts in mission-critical projects.
  • Identify and communicate data-driven insights for strategic business decisions.
  • Conduct data analysis and evaluation for various programs.
  • Provide consultation and subject matter expertise regarding trends impacting programs.
  • Mine data from various sources for reporting and ad hoc requests.
  • Create and maintain SSRS reports in the eCIRTS case management system.
  • Document the data analysis process for stakeholder understanding.
  • Prepare reports and graphical presentations for executive leadership.
  • Use statistical tools to interpret data sets and identify trends.
  • Knowledge and experience in SQL (Microsoft and Oracle).
  • Ability to write and execute SQL scripts.
  • Experience with ArcGIS and similar mapping tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and similar analytics tools (preferred).
  • Ability to organize complex data into user-friendly formats.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to solicit and accept feedback and critique.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with data mining techniques.
