The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), Fish and Wildlife Research Institute (FWRI), is seeking qualified applicants for an OPS Administrative Assistant I at the Tequesta Field Laboratory. This position provides administrative/secretarial support to the facility manager and onsite personnel. The primary duties will include assisting the facility manager with day-to-day operations, coordinating office-related purchasing and budget tracking, and serving as the point of contact for business-related and public inquiries. The selected candidate is expected to work as an effective member of the office management team and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining contractual services related to facility maintenance and repairs while adhering to all State of Florida law, standards, policies, and procedures.
