About The Position

The position involves supporting department billing and employee attendance reports, answering and transferring phone calls, and welcoming and directing visitors and clients. The role also includes maintaining filing systems, retrieving information from various records, and preparing written summaries of data as needed. Additionally, the position requires responding to administrative inquiries, processing paperwork for employee transfers and changes, and assisting with the preparation of human resource reports. The employee will prepare purchase orders for the human resource office and manage monthly ID renewals, ensuring all IDs are submitted when employees resign.

Responsibilities

  • Support department billing and employee attendance reports
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary
  • Welcome and direct visitors and clients
  • Maintain filing systems as assigned
  • Retrieve information from records, email, minutes, and other related documents
  • Prepare written summaries of data when needed
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
  • Process required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters
  • Assist with the preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports
  • Prepare purchase orders for the human resource office
  • Email every month for ID renewals
  • Review monthly and quarterly reports with the Operations Manager to ensure all IDs are turned in when employees resign
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
