About The Position

We are seeking a technical professional to support research initiatives, including evaluating performance metrics, coordinating testing efforts, and transitioning solutions into operational environments. This role requires collaboration with IC/DoD stakeholders, strong communication skills, and experience with Python or MATLAB, OPIR systems, and light program management. This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Active TS/SCI
• 10 years of relevant experience and a BA/BS degree. Or a MA/MS degree and 8 years of relevant experience. Or a PhD degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Coding in Python and/or MATLAB
• OPIR experience
• Small experience with program managing.

Responsibilities

• Experience in evaluating research performance metrics and working with scientists on research projects .
• Experience in coordinating testing & evaluation of research efforts, writing training and test plans, and transitioning research into operational environments.
• Experience in collaborating with IC and DoD agencies on research projects in relevant areas.
• Demonstrated oral and written communications, including the ability to prepare briefings of technical material to technical and non - technical audiences.
• Experience in planning and tracking progress of complex technical projects and coordinating technical exchange meetings and working groups.
