KBR is seeking an Missile Warning, OPIR System Architecture, User Engagement, Data Processing, and OPIR Phenomenology Subject Matter Expert to support the Space Systems Command (SSC/MGT) Delta 84 Missile Warning Ground TAP Lab. An active TS/SCI is required to be considered for this position. Key Responsibilities: Advise Senior Government decision makers on needs and uses for space based OPIR and EO/IR Systems data collection systems. Recommend viable solutions that enhance current mission capabilities. Provide OPIR Phenomenology and exploitation capabilities subject matter expertise. OPIR Missile Warning and Battlespace Awareness Operational Mission Requirements, System specifications and applications for current and future planned systems, including GEO, HEO, MEO and LEO constellations. Development of clear concise presentations for senior level Government decision makers, communicate and recommend solutions that contribute to decision making. Ability to develop system architecture solutions to enable, enhance or support end user mission needs. Ability to draw on network of OPIR R&D exploitation community including NGA, NASIC, TENCAP and other government agencies performing remote sensing data exploitation. Work is on-site, 5 days a week. Frequent (25-30%) travel to Boulder and Aurora, CO is required.
