Requirements

Completion of Ophthalmic Technician or Ophthalmic Assistant training and certification as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician or Certified Ophthalmic Assistant
Certification must be maintained through continuing education
Must obtain MA-R within 60 days of hire
Current BLS certification
Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician or Certified Ophthalmic Assistant
Pediatric experience
