Responsibilities

• Join 5 Ophthalmologists, 8 Optometrists, and Opticians.
• Flexible schedule, open to 4-day work week.
• Cases are bread and butter including cataracts, cornea, diabetic retinopathy, eyelid procedures, glaucoma, macular degeneration and medical retina.
• Equipment includes YAG laser, OCT, Visual Field, Fundus Photography, Auto Refraction, IOL Master, Fluorescein, and Pentacam.
• Call 1:5 weekends, mostly phone.
• Strong compensation package. Many physicians are over the 90th percentile.

• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $425,000 - $500,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $500,000 - $1,000,000.
