About The Position
We’re hiring an Ophthalmologist to provide comprehensive eye care services in a clinical setting. This role focuses on patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of eye conditions while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with completion of an ophthalmology residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
- Eligible for medical licensure in West Virginia
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical patient care
Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and treat ocular diseases and vision conditions
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and clinical staff
- Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
