About The Position

Starting pay is $20–$25/hour DOE Join a growing, physician-led retina practice where your clinical skills grow, and your schedule stays balanced. We see patients three days per week, with administrative and preparation work on Mondays and Fridays. No weekends. No hospital bureaucracy. Just a focused team delivering high-quality patient care. Starting pay is $20–$25/hour DOE , with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $7/hour through education and skill-based advancement. This role offers real clinical depth — including imaging, procedure support, and skill development — rather than repetitive intake-only work.

Requirements

• Ophthalmic or optometric technician experience preferred
• Retina experience a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced clinic
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Willing to continue learning

Responsibilities

• Patient workups (visual acuity, IOP, history, medication review)
• Assist with OCT and diagnostic imaging
• Scribe in EMR
• Assist with intravitreal injections and minor procedures
• Cross-train in insurance authorization or front desk support when needed
• Help create a seamless patient experience
