About The Position

We are a busy and well-established eye care practice seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, is eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. No prior experience in eye care is required—we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others. This individual is tasked with carrying out a wide range of ophthalmic data collection procedures, as directed by the physician, to support accurate diagnosis of patients' conditions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical setting.
Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet and prepare patients for their eye exams, ensuring comfort and clarity about procedures.
Perform preliminary testing using specialized equipment (training provided).
Record patient medical histories and update electronic health records accurately.
Assist the clinical team with diagnostic imaging and other technical procedures.
Educate patients on eye health, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and equipment.
Support inventory management and restocking of clinical supplies.
Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
