About The Position

ChristianaCare is hiring a full-time Ophthalmic Technician II to join their practice in Wilmington, DE. You would as an Ophthalmic Technician assist patients through their ophthalmic office visit while working with physician, nursing and clerical staff to provide a smooth, organized and efficient office flow. Schedule: Monday-Friday: 7:45am - 4:15pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified by IJCAHPO (International Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology) required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association
• At least three (3) years of ophthalmic technician experience- preferred
