About The Position
The University of Miami has a full time opportunity for an Ophthalmic Technician 1 with Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Naples, Florida. Please note, the incumbent will work in the Collier County School System. The selected candidate will undergo a background screening administered by the respective County School Board and subject to their guidelines. The Ophthalmic Technician 1 (OT1) is competent in the theory, principles, and practice of eye care. The position performs appropriate clinical testing in compliance with department standards and documents in the EMR system.
