About The Position

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and resident care advocate to provide competent, responsible assistance to the Ohana Admissions Team by performing secretarial support duties such monitoring; answering correspondence, special event planning; preparation and collection of operational reports; research; assists and directs visitors; resolves administrative problems and inquiries. Other duties include: May assist with staffing and scheduling functions necessary to meet the nursing hours required for resident care Sends notifications weekly of any CMS policy & memo updates to DCR, DOO, and others needing information Reconciles monthly credit card and allocate GL accounts online to appropriate facilities Prints ID badge for all Oahu facilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration or combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Two (2) years' experience in administration, secretarial or executive assistant role.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and concisely.
