Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good reading and writing skills.
• Current driver's license & clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical experience & repair of heavy equipment.
• Operation of dozer and/or excavator.
• MSHA certification.
• Knowledge of aggregates, aggregate production, & crushing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work safely in a drug-free environment and submit to post offer & random drug/alcohol screening.
• Work an irregular schedule, including early mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Timely & regular attendance is essential.
• Willingness to cross-train.
• Heavy equipment operation, knowledge, and basic maintenance experience, specifically front end loader.
• Travel to different work sites.
• Perform some manual labor.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Be self-motivated and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and act courteous and respectful toward others.
• Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions and in a noisy, dusty environment.
• Work safely in a busy environment with moving machinery.
• Take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions or behaviors.
